Nooo, it's a nightmare!

So, two weeks ago I bought a brand new Seiko watch. Cost me about $230+, love the design of it. I'm like yippie, finally I have a second watch after many many long years. So at least I can attend more formal stuff with that watch now.
But last Tuesday, I had to go to office with formal wear because of some stupid stuff. So obviously I had to wear that watch instead of my usual sports watch. To my horror, I accidentally knocked it against the metal railing while on my way to the bus stop. I checked the watch, and there it was, a tiny SCRATCH on the surface! WTF?! Damnit, damnit, stupid scratch. This left me pretty uncomfortable the entire day, my precious watch getting scratched just after one week. It's so heart-wrenching to see that scratch, even I'm feeling pretty urgh now just recalling that event. So I think I'll not talk about it. Maybe I'll post some pictures of my precious watch but I can't bring myself to see that scratch again, so another time I guess.
Anyway I'm having a pretty good army life right now. It's an 8 am to 5.30 pm job, how fortunate of me. Though the past week has been pretty much having lots of things to learn from my upperstudy. But I don't mind doing this job, it's much better than having to be under the sun training all day or being stuck somewhere in the field with mud and soggy boots and stuff. But the best thing about my job is that I have about two hours lunch break. Don't ask me why it's so long, it just is.
*Feels many people staring at me with hostile intentions* =D
So basically I have much to enjoy my remaining one year plus as an NSF. Oh well, there's still much to learn about the office. Admin stuff, office politics and all. But it's good, practical training for the future I guess, heh.
