Back home, so tired. Dunno why my arthritis flared up on both my ankles, especially the left one, now it's all swollen and stiff and painful if I apply pressure on it, the pain was really hurting me during my walk to the new building. Sucks I had to go there when my ankles hurt. You know, the pain is caused by stiffness, let's say for example you bound up your feet really tightly so you could only bend your ankles a little, yeah that's how I feel, totally stiff. So when I actually walk, I need to bend my joints and apply pressure, and since it's stiff, I cannot bend and my ankles start to hurt. The worse thing is that the more I walk, the stiffer it becomes and the more it hurts. Oh well, glad I'm at home and resting now, trying to fight the pain does take its toll on the body, I feel tired now, as with every time I try to fight the pain this way.

Anyway I think my rash spread to my whole body already. My arms were very red this morning, looked like a cooked lobster man. Dunno about my legs as I was wearing long pants. And I was also told my face was quite red also, especially the T-zone and the area under my eyes. And it's still so itchy, especially my right hand, which is still very red. Blah, I wonder what caused it. And I don't have the mood to post pictures right now since I'm so tired and hungry and itchy and well, basically in all sorts of discomfort. =(
