Dreams 12/6/12
Tuesday, June 12, 2012

I was an elite soldier in some rebel army in Singapore. My latest job was to infiltrate and attack military installments. I had one ability, it was this dashing palm that could stun the enemies if I managed to hit. (You know, like the Monk in Diablo 3, and Hei Wai, my secondary school friend helped me refined it Diablo 3 style - By swapping the skill order around. Weird.) So me and my two buddies whom I don't recognise in real life at all were going down this deserted T-junction which let to the military camp. We were talking about how the ruling government had these ultimate soldiers, cybernetic gurkha soldiers to be exact. Kind of a blend of the peak of human physicality while following orders with their lift and the enhancements of a cyborg warrior. Reaching the camp, we broke in with little effort, taking the guards down very easily. Then we entered this L-shaped room. It was a huge room, as high as an airplane hangar. Our objective (I don't remember what exactly was it) was on top of the room. Realising we could not get to the objective via the normal way (locked or something), we went over to the other end of the L-shaped room and started climbing the walls there to the highest platform of the room. (Think of an airplane hangar with those tiny metal walkways with railings.) As we were climbing, and taking down all the guards, we knew what was about to come, the cyborg gurkha warrior. True enough, he appeared from the door we entered, and looked rather calm and peaceful as he informed us to give up. Instantly, I took out my handgun and started shooting at him before he could finish his words. That was ineffective as the bullets just bounced off his body with sparks. He then threw these tiny metal pellets at us in a fan shape and we had to acrobatically dodge them. When the pellets hit the wall it got embedded in them, creating craters and cracks in the walls. Then he threw this circular red disc thingy with razor edges which spun very fast at one of my partners, while still shooting his metal pellets. My partner dodged it as the disc cut a nice sharp gash in the wall. I geniuinely thought I was going to die there as the cyborg seemed impossible to defeat. (Bullets weren't affecting him.) So then what happened next was fuzzy, he did throw a second disc at me, while shooting the pellets. I remember being knocked down, falling a few stories (the room was very high). After that I couldn't remember clearly what happened but I was frantically unlocking the other exit in the room.

So later on, my partners managed to beat the cyborg after a long battle. And he lay fallen at the bottom of the L-shaped room. But there was this timer in the cyborg gurhka. It read 59:44 or something like that and was ticking down. My partners realised that it was the time taken before the cyborg would automatically revive and continue fighting. So they decided to play dead. Later on, my partners escaped through the exit which I unlocked and saw a scene by which a cargo plane exploded in a spectacular explosion as it took off. Destroying everything it carried (including the cyborg gurkha). What happened was the cyborg assumed the enemies were defeated and so, it boarded the plane to go back to whatever place it came from. However, I managed to rig the plane with explosives and blow up the cyborg with it. The soldiers and civilians were stunned at the explosion and also alerted to our presence, but we all had no weapons except a handgun I had. They all started coming for us and as we were escaping, I had to shoot one of the civilians because somehow he posed a threat to us (I can't remember why) if he were to survive. Then we all escaped in a car.

So anyway, I was at the backseat of the car and extremely relieved to have escaped the ordeal. Somehow, like in all dreams, Mun Wee was there with me so I just grabbed her and hugged her, giving her a quick kiss on her lower right cheek/jaw as waves of relief swept through me. Continued hugging her with one arm, my right arm around her armpits.

And then we were at some Engin Camp, don't think Mun Wee was there but Dun Jie and Brenda were there as I saw the freshies dance their orientation dance and watched them cheer after that. Weird.

And then I was bringing my maid to the doctor and teaching her about all the medicines and cough drops and all. She had to take like 4 different kinds for her cough/flu. And my grandmother was there too for a reason. Anyway, after going through in great detail on the medicines, I decided to leave the clinic/shop place and walk down a few shops. My brothers were there and we decided to go grab some food. I went over to the roti prata shop (another recurring place in my dreams, which was very famous, and was thinking of what to get while queueing and then I think I woke up.
