Memento mori
It's strange how easily we forget the fragility of life. We get sad, mourn, and feel miserable for a season, and then the world sweeps us away and we forget the most important things in life. The existence of life itself is to be cherished, protected, enjoyed, and shared. It becomes a timely reminder each time scary things happen to your family and friends.
Life is not to be taken for granted, it is God-given, and we should spend our time in this mortal realm wisely. || posted by Kuan Hui
