Heading to church now through God's endless grace despite the endless work. What a welcome respite! Amidst the insane workload and short deadlines comes a lot of stress. Emotionally because I am left to my own to fend for myself at work. Mentally because the non-stop work is taking a huge toll, and because I still have no appreciation of IT systems. Physically because my neck isn't fully healed yet and sitting at the desk for long hours aggravates the condition. Yet while I was doing my work and listening to the melodies of revival hymns, recalling the lyrics as they play in my head, I am brought to tears over how despite all that I'm in now, Jesus is with me all the way and he loves and cares for me. If God is with me then how can I fail? What a great solace it has been to remember that God is by my side all time time. || posted by Kuan Hui
