As I was returning from delivering the YCM grant documents, I saw a man sprawled on the ground, his packet of coffee spilled all over the floor and his shirt stained with the coffee. He was in pain and on the verge of being unconscious. Fortunately there was another man already tending to him and someone had already called the ambulance. There is this niggling guilt that I could perhaps have done something to help him, yet logically there is nothing more that could really be done.
I prayed for him after I boarded the bus.
To think I was having a bad day as I couldn't sleep last night. Others are suffering way more. A perspective, another learning point. || posted by Kuan Hui
